Casa Binnizá is located 30 steps from the beach, 30 minutes from Puerto Escondido Airport, 20 minutes from Escobilla and 30 minutes from Mazunte
It has high-speed WiFi (Starlink), air conditioning in all bedrooms and ceiling fans, outdoor Jacuzzi, bathrooms with hot and pressurized water, garage for a car and palapa with hammock and ocean view, the house is to relax with little waves ideal for children as well as stone benches for fishing on the seashore.

The space
BEDROOMS AND BEDS
We have 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are mosquito nets. There are four beds (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 single) and a sofa bed that has clean sheets, blankets and pillows.

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms with hot water under pressure and basic hygiene products (shampoo, soap, towels, etc.).

KITCHEN
The kitchen is an equipped open space style kitchen where there is also the dining room and a small living room with ceiling fans (there is the sofa bed). We have the necessary equipment such as a gas stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, pressure cooker, etc., as well as the necessary cooking utensils (pans, pots, glasses, plates, spices, oil, salt and sugar)

UTILITY ROOM
Basic cleaning products (brooms, dustpans, mops, etc.) are in the service room.
We have a cleaning service (extra cost).

OUTDOOR AREAS
The palapa with ocean views is above the house and has hammocks and outdoor furniture to rest or do home office with ocean views and enjoy the landscape. We also have an outdoor patio where the Jacuzzi with hydromassage is located, as well as an outdoor shower for after the beach and a seating area.

HOT TUB
The Jacuzzi is in a covered outdoor area and has a whirlpool and a small room with sand.

PARKING
A private parking space is available (at no extra cost).

THE BEACH
The beach is just steps from the house, where you can enjoy beautiful pools of water surrounded by large rocks that break the waves. If you walk a little further, there is the open sea (ideal for surfing), as well as a bay for swimming. About 1 km away there is a lagoon that preserves a variety of flora and fauna from this area.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and use:
-Starlink satellite WiFi
-Parking (one place)
-Coffee maker
– Jacuzzi with quiet hydromassage.
– Beach umbrellas
-Air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as ceiling fans.
– Carbon monoxide alarm.
-First aid kit
-Washer and dryer for long stays.

Other things to note
-Daily housekeeping service may be requested at extra cost.

-There are NO common areas shared with other guests.

-“El puertecito” is located 25 minutes from Puerto Escondido on Highway 200 between Puerto Escondido and Huatulco, Km 167. From the top at Km 167 it is indicated with a yellow sign that says “El PUERTECITO” continue 3.5 km of dirt road towards the beach.

-In the village there are two stores with the basics, we recommend buying groceries in advance at the Chedraui in Puerto Escondido.

-Casa Binnizá is surrounded by nature, which is why sometimes you can find crabs, lizards, geckos, insects and other small animals lurking. We kindly ask that they and their habitat be respected.
