The fine print, without the fine print
Is there really no commission on bookings?
Correct. On the Premium plan a guest’s payment goes through Stripe straight into your own connected account; the platform takes 0 % and charges the guest no service fee either. The only thing you pay is the flat monthly plan.
What does the free plan actually include?
Your listing on the site and on the map (once visitors zoom in), with photos, description and a button that sends guests to your Airbnb or Booking page to book there. You can publish as many properties as you want. What it does not include is your contact details on the listing or taking bookings here.
Why does the plan “apply to 1 property”? Can I only list one?
You can list as many as you like on every plan. The plan is attached to one of them — the one whose listing gets the plan’s features. Each additional property you want on the same plan costs the extra amount shown, and you choose which ones.
Is tax included?
Yes. All prices are in Mexican pesos with 16 % IVA included, so the invoice says the same number as this page.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying by the year saves 20 % against twelve monthly payments; the yearly amount is shown when you subscribe from the host panel.
How do I sign up and how do I pay?
Create your account in the host panel, add your property, and choose a plan there. Plans are paid by card through Stripe and can be changed or cancelled from the panel at any time. To take bookings on the Premium plan you also connect a Stripe account so guests’ payments land directly with you.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Your listings stay published. A listing that is no longer covered simply goes back to the free plan: its contact details and on-site booking are hidden and the button to your Airbnb or Booking page comes back. Nothing is deleted.
