Guest access

You'll have full access to the private apartment, with your own kitchen and bathroom, plus your own terrace. You can come and go freely through the shared courtyard, which opens directly onto La Punta's main street, so it's easy to head to the beach and the nearby cafés and restaurants.

Check-in time is flexible and can be adjusted depending on availability. We're always on hand to help during your stay, whether with local recommendations or anything else you might need.

Location

The apartment is in the heart of La Punta Zicatela, one of the liveliest areas of Puerto Escondido, just steps from the beach, restaurants, cafés and bars. During the day, people stroll by and the cafés, shops and restaurants are open. At night the street becomes pedestrian-only, with music and a local atmosphere that are part of the area's charm.

Please note that there is activity and some music until around 11 p.m.; after that, the area quiets down so you can rest.

Good to know

• Basic services: the house keeps a simple, authentic style, so it has no air conditioning or hot water.
• Internet and electricity: although it's rare, temporary outages can occur in La Punta de Zicatela. Service is usually restored within a few minutes; we ask for your understanding in situations beyond our control.
• Parties and events: the property is not intended for parties, and hosting events is strictly prohibited, to ensure the peace of the neighbourhood and the rest of all guests.
• Quiet hours: out of respect for neighbours and other guests, excessive noise and music are not allowed after 11:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties and possible fines.
• Tropical surroundings: Puerto Escondido is an area with abundant vegetation, so in certain seasons you may come across mosquitoes, lizards or even the occasional scorpion. Scorpions in this region are not dangerous; their sting is similar to that of a bee or wasp. We also carry out regular fumigation and have a team that inspects and maintains the house for your safety and comfort.
