Casa Palacio is a private home inspired by authentic Moroccan riads, set in the heart of La Punta Zicatela in Puerto Escondido. It blends Moroccan architecture with the tropical coastal lifestyle, offering elegant, light-filled spaces.

It sleeps up to 4 guests and is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, cafés and restaurants: a great place to enjoy privacy and comfort with all the atmosphere of Puerto Escondido right at hand.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house: both bedrooms, the kitchen, the indoor and outdoor spaces, the private pool, the rooftop, the central courtyard and all lounging areas.

The following areas are reserved exclusively for cleaning and maintenance staff:

• Utility room

Free street parking is easy to find right in front of the house.

Location

Within a few minutes' walk you'll find La Punta beach, cafés, restaurants, bars, boutiques, yoga studios and the famous surf spots.

Good to know

• The pool is not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• For safety reasons, jumping into the pool from the rooftop or any other structure of the house is strictly prohibited.
• Casa Palacio is meant for rest and relaxation. No parties, events, DJs or noisy gatherings are allowed.
• As in many tropical destinations, there may occasionally be brief internet or power outages due to local infrastructure. These are usually resolved quickly.
• A baby cot is available free of charge on request before arrival.

Chef and catering policy

To ensure quality of service, safety and care of the property, only chefs and catering services that we have recommended or approved in advance are permitted.

Guests who choose to hire an unauthorised chef or catering service do so entirely at their own risk. The owners and management will not be liable for any accidents, food safety issues, service failures, damage or losses caused by unauthorised providers. Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the guest who made the booking.
