Important: the villa is not intended for parties, and organising events is prohibited.

• ❌ No noise or loud music after 10:00 PM or before 10:00 AM
• ⚠️ Breaking quiet hours will result in penalties and fines

👶 Child Safety Notice

Important: neither the pool nor the rooftop jacuzzi area has special protection for small children. By renting Casa Punta Vista, the care and supervision of minors is your sole responsibility.

Although uncommon, temporary power or internet outages can occasionally occur in the La Punta de Zicatela area. Service usually restores itself within minutes. 🔌
