The Space

It's a perfect spot to switch off with friends or family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. The house sits in the upper part of La Punta de Zicatela, right beside the ecological reserve, with views of both the ocean and the mountains 🌊🏔️ that are worth the trip on their own. You're a 10-minute walk from La Punta beach, a 10-minute walk from La Barra beach and 15 minutes from La Punta's main street, home to the best restaurants, bars and shops. The STARLINK internet is the best connection you'll find anywhere around Puerto Escondido. 📶

The ground floor holds the pool, a half bathroom, the equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room, fully open toward the pool and garden — this is where you really feel connected to nature 🌳. Because the house is open-air, small insects occasionally drop by; they're part of this ecosystem. 🦋

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king-size bed, a bathroom with private WC, a fan and air conditioning. One is on the ground floor and two on the first floor, looking out to the mountains; altogether the house sleeps up to 6 people 🛏️. On the third floor there's a rooftop with a lounge and ocean views.

Sitting next to the ecological reserve, the location offers a serene atmosphere away from the lively nightlife, yet close enough to enjoy plenty of restaurants and bars. 🍹🍽️
