The architecture keeps it naturally cool and well ventilated, and the outdoor areas — a large palapa, a conversation pit, an outdoor dining area and a skylight — are an invitation to stay put: to talk, to do nothing at all, to make memories with family and friends. 🌺

🌱 An Eco-Friendly Home — A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• ♻️ Please switch off the air conditioning when you leave your bedroom, and the lights and fans when you leave the house; let's look after the planet together.
• 🦟 We're in a tropical area: mosquitoes and the occasional local insect are a natural part of the setting.
• 🧹 Daily cleaning is included, with one day off per week.
• 👶 The house and the pool are not childproofed. Young children remain the sole responsibility of their guardians at all times.
• 🚫 The house is not intended for parties or events; these are strictly prohibited.
• 🔇 Quiet hours apply: no loud music or noise after 9:00 PM or before 10:00 AM.
• ⚡ Brief, occasional power or internet outages can happen in the Punta Zicatela area; service is usually restored quickly.
• 🪜 The only access to the house is via the main staircase; please bear this in mind if you have any mobility difficulties.
