Casa Cali is a private tropical villa in La Punta Zicatela, Puerto Escondido, sleeping up to 9 guests. It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, a private pool, a small rooftop pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and high-speed Starlink wifi.

It's a short stroll from La Punta beach, cafés, restaurants and bars, and the area's world-famous surf breaks. With its boho-chic style and relaxed atmosphere, it's a great choice for families, couples, surfers, digital nomads and groups of friends looking for comfort, privacy and coastal living.

The house

Each of the 4 bedrooms has air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed. One of them also has a single bed.

The rooftop is a lovely spot to unwind, practise yoga, watch the sunset, stargaze or simply relax with a drink overlooking the ocean.

Guest access

You'll have exclusive use of the entire villa: all 4 bedrooms, the kitchen, the indoor and outdoor living areas, the private pool, the rooftop pool and terrace, the tropical gardens and all lounge areas.

The following areas are reserved for cleaning and maintenance staff only:

• Laundry room
• Utility room
• Staff quarters

There's free parking on the street right in front of the villa; it's usually easy to find a spot.

Location

The villa is just a short walk from La Punta beach, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, bars, boutiques, yoga studios and the famous Zicatela surf breaks. Here you get the peace and quiet of a private villa alongside the lively atmosphere of Puerto Escondido.

Good to know

• The pools have no child safety barriers. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• For everyone's safety, jumping into the pool from the balconies, terraces or rooftop is strictly prohibited.
• Casa Cali is designed for rest and quiet stays. To keep the neighbourhood peaceful, no parties, events, DJs or noisy gatherings are allowed.
• As in many tropical destinations, brief power or internet outages may occur due to local infrastructure. They're usually infrequent and quickly resolved.

Chefs and catering

To ensure quality, safety and care of the property, only chefs and caterers recommended or approved by us may work at the villa.

If you choose to hire a chef, cook, caterer or outside food service that hasn't been approved, you do so at your own risk. The owners and management accept no liability for accidents, food safety issues, service failures, damage or losses caused by unauthorised providers. Any damage to the property caused by them will be the responsibility of the guest who made the booking.
