Casa Punta Maeva is an elegant, Mediterranean-inspired villa perched high above La Punta de Zicatela. Natural light, open spaces and soft tones create a relaxing, sophisticated atmosphere designed for unwinding and soaking up the essence of the coast.

It has 3 bedrooms designed for rest, an oasis-like pool that's perfect for enjoying the tropical climate, and a rooftop with a plunge pool and ocean views, ideal for watching the sunset. It's 550 m from the beach.

The house

This is a private, architect-designed villa, ideal for 6 to 8 guests. It's perfect for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, design and a peaceful stay near the sea, at Puerto Escondido's own pace.

Spaces

• Ground floor: pool surrounded by tropical greenery, a comfortable living room, an open kitchen ideal for socializing and a bedroom with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
• First floor: two bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with a King-size bed and a Queen Murphy bed, also with its own bathroom.
• Rooftop: plunge pool and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset with ocean views.

Guest access

The entire house is rented to you and you can use all areas except the laundry room, the machine room and the staff room.

Good to know

• Daily cleaning is included. Our housekeeper has access to the property to keep the house clean and tidy.
• The pool and the plunge pool area are not childproofed for young children. By renting the Aloha Punta house, guests take full responsibility for supervising children.
• A folding baby crib is available; please remember to request it before your arrival.
• The La Punta de Zicatela area occasionally experiences power or internet outages. These are brief and service is restored quickly.

House rules

• The villa is not intended for parties, and events are prohibited.
• No noise or loud music is allowed after 10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m. Failure to comply with these rules will result in penalties and fines.
• Only chefs and catering providers recommended or pre-approved by us are permitted. If you hire an outside cook or provider without prior authorization, you do so at your own risk and will be responsible for any damage, incident or inconvenience that may result.
