Guest access

The entire house is yours, and you have access to all areas except the laundry room, the utility room and the staff room.

Good to know

• Daily cleaning included. Our housekeeper comes by regularly and, for your convenience, has access to the property to keep the house clean and tidy.
• The pool and plunge pool area are not childproofed. When renting Casa Punta Rosa, the supervision of children is entirely the guests' responsibility.
• A folding baby cot is available; please remember to request it before you arrive.
• La Punta de Zicatela occasionally experiences power or internet outages. These are brief, and service is restored quickly.

House rules

• The villa is not intended for parties. Events are strictly prohibited.
• No noise or loud music after 10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m. Failure to respect these quiet hours will result in penalties and fines.
• Chefs and catering providers: only those we recommend or have approved in advance are permitted. Bringing in any outside cook or provider without prior authorization is solely at the guest's own risk, and the guest will be liable for any damage, incident or inconvenience arising from hiring them.
