Bedrooms

The villa has four comfortable, bright bedrooms. Three are inside the main house. The fourth has a king-size bed, TV and private bathroom, plus a separate entrance from the street, making it perfect for anyone looking for extra privacy.

Spaces

The spacious open-plan kitchen flows into the dining and living areas beneath a roomy palapa, creating a tropical atmosphere that blends indoors and outdoors.

Outside, set among tropical gardens, you'll find the infinity pool, comfortable lounging areas and ocean views. The bedrooms are spacious and overlook the garden and pool, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Location

Just minutes from La Punta Zicatela, you'll be close to Puerto Escondido's best beaches, cafés, restaurants, boutiques and surf spots, without giving up the privacy and tranquility of the villa.

Guest access

You'll have exclusive access to the entire property:

• The villa
• The infinity pool
• The tropical gardens
• The outdoor living areas
• The private parking

The only area off-limits to guests is the laundry room, which is reserved for housekeeping and property maintenance.

Cleaning and maintenance

Your stay includes daily housekeeping at no extra cost. Our housekeeper is a trusted member of our team and has authorized access to the property to keep everything clean, tidy and comfortable during your visit.

Good to know

Respect for the neighbourhood. Punta Paradise is meant for relaxing; it is not a party house. Events and parties are strictly prohibited. Out of respect for our neighbours, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum:

• No loud music or excessive noise after 10:30 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m.
• Failure to observe these quiet hours may result in penalties or fines.

Child safety. The infinity pool and the deep rooftop pool do not have child safety barriers. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. By booking, guests accept full responsibility for the safety and supervision of minors.

Electricity and internet. Although uncommon, temporary power or internet outages occasionally affect the whole La Punta Zicatela area. In most cases, service comes back on its own within a few minutes.

Crib. A portable crib is available on request. Let us know before you arrive if you'd like us to set it up for your stay.

Private chefs. For your safety and to protect the property, only chefs and caterers recommended or pre-approved by us may work at the villa. If you choose to hire an outside chef or caterer who has not been approved, you do so at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any damage, incident or problem that may arise.
